How are your tees sized?

ORDERS

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us via email. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there are any delays in shipping. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add wildearthsupplyco@gmail.com to your safe sender list. 


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and certain parts of Europe (France, Italy, Spain & Greece). If your country is not listed and you are interested in our products, please contact us via the email above.

How long does it take to process an order?

Each item is hand-printed to order just for you! Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed for shipping - we may not have your size on hand, which means we have to order the blank garment to print. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

What about shipping?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For domestic shipping, the USPS site estimates 3-5 business days. For international shipping, the USPS site estimates arrival within 7-21 business days.

All shipments include a tracking number. Wild Earth Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What if I received the wrong size/item/defective product?

Please contact us at wildearthsupplyco@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue. Please contact us within seven (7) days of package delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

What provider is used for international delivery?

USPS first class package is used for international delivery. If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it yet, please contact your local mail facility. 

Who pays customs?

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You, the customer,  are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Customs Value: Wild Earth Supply Co. is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
