Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you aren't, please email us at wildearthsupplyco @ gmail dot com with your reason of refund. We accept refunds within 30 days of when you received it for a 20% restock fee - this is because all shirts are made to order. Items returned must be in unwashed/unworn condition and have all original tags attached.

After getting in touch via email, please include your invoice and/or a note with the following information:

1) Your full name or the full name of the person who purchased your order

2) Your order number

3) Reason for returning

4) Your shipping address (for exchanges)

5) Indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (see more information below about exchanges)

*We are only able to refund to the original method of payment 


You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Wild Earth Supply Co. When returning your item(s), we suggest you ship via USPS (First Class or Priority) and get tracking information for your security.

Please allow 7 business days after receiving your package to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon processing your request. Allow an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit statement. We do not refund shipping charges.

We offer exchanges for the same item/new size. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. Unfortunately we are not able to hold any items. You must pay to send the item back to us, then we will ship your new desired item back to you for free!

Specify in your return the new desired size. If we do not have it in stock, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment.
